Rates
Our rates vary over the year and these are our current weekend rates and daily rates as an example of our charges. They typically cover arrival at 2:00 pm on a Friday and departure at 11:00 am on a Sunday although that is negotiable if there are no adjacent bookings. Our rates are based on a full house of 8 people. Outside school holidays, if you plan fewer than 5 people please tell us and we can discount the price.
All bookings attract an additional $70 for cleaning after you leave.

Bookings at weekends where there is a public holiday must be for the full holiday, that is a weekend plus the extra day eg Queen's Birthday holiday in June. Please contact us for long weekend prices
